About This Course

The Level 3 Diploma in Sports Coaching and Fitness is a one-year, full-time qualification designed for learners who want to deepen their understanding of applied coaching, sport science and leadership in practical sport environments. It builds on the foundations of Level 2 study and prepares learners for advanced qualifications or employment.

You’ll study advanced topics such as performance analysis, leadership in sport, anatomy and physiology, nutrition and the psychology of coaching. The programme blends theory with applied practical experience, giving you the opportunity to plan, deliver and evaluate real coaching sessions supported by expert tutors.
